About Us

Get To Know Caroline Sunley, The Owner Of SCT Cleaners

Caroline Sunley
Caroline founded SCT in April 2017 after her father’s passing, deciding to start a new life in Devon. Having been in the IT sector for many years, she decided to return to her roots in the cleaning industry. SCT quickly expanded into a family-run business with a wealth of experience within the team.

Caroline says, ‘Being a family-run business enables us to be professional but maintain a personal touch. We love building relationships with our customers, who are always at the forefront of every decision we make.’

Caroline is very community focused and always endeavours to give back where possible. From experiencing personal loss and support from the North Devon Hospice, she chose them to be SCT’s charity of choice in 2019. Her energy and passion inspire the rest of the team to not only give up their time for the hospice but to also work hard and be passionate about what they do for their customers. Caroline has also made it their focus to assist families in need who just need a little helping hand, giving up her and her team’s time to help them.

Our mission is to provide an affordable, yet highly reliable and trustworthy cleaning service to ensure ‘A Perfect Shine, Every Time.’

We have a fantastic team of trusted and experienced cleaners who have been personally interviewed, trialled and trained to the high standards required. For your total peace of mind, each cleaner is BDS checked and we have both full public liability and the relevant insurances as a company.

We believe first impressions count and a well serviced property will encourage re-bookings and recommendations. Therefore, we have implemented quality assurance systems to maintain the highest standards and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on having excellent working relationships with both property management companies as well as individual property owners.

Meet The Team

Tracy
Tracy – Laundry Manager
Tracy has a wealth of experience in managing holiday let changeovers due to her previous role as an accommodation manager for a large caravan park. Her organisational skills and attention to detail are great assets to the business. Tracy is always keen to build relationships with each of our customers to ensure we can provide the best possible service. Tracy now heads our new laundry unit, so she is your lady for any questions regarding this service.
Tori
Tori – Waste Collection Manager
Tori brings 6 years of cleaning experience and knowledge to the business after previously running her own cleaning company in Hampshire. She has a great eye for determining how long a job should take, so our customers can be assured they will never be overcharged. Tori is looking forward to managing our new rubbish removal service for holiday lets in 2019.
Lyn
Lyn – Supervisor
Not only does Lyn bring years of cleaning experience to the business, but she is also a real team player, always willing to help so the job gets done. Being the mum of the team, she also brings the motherly side in checking that we are well fed and watered on the job, which is very much appreciated.
